For every movement,thire is a mid stop. Before the stop, breathe in slowly, hold breath for 6 seconds at the stop, then breathe out slowly after the stop and go back to the original position. Between movements, relax and adjust your breath. Exception:step 7, breathe in and put hands on the back of waist, breathe out and meanwhile bend down.
